Using Confirmed Footage to Track Thai-Cambodian Border Hostilities

Analysts are examining recently emerged recordings of attacks and damage to Cambodia-based sites in the vicinity of the disputed frontier with the Thai side, during the renewed conflict which has led to at least 10 people being lost and a vast number forced to flee.
Two videos confirmed in recent hours show damage to a collection of constructions in Cambodia's the Pursat area. The area is situated just over 500m (1,600ft) from the Thmor Dar casino complex, which has been hit at least on two occasions in the last week and is itself extremely near to the border.
This video evidence shows smoke rising, debris strewn around and structural compromise to some of the buildings. Recently acquired orbital images of the area shows that at least one structure was completely destroyed.
Many of the structures are freshly erected and the site appears to remain in the process of being built.
Claims have emerged in Thai media that the location was being functioning as a staging area for Cambodian military forces. Investigators have uncovered a lack of evidence to support the claim.
