We start with questions from Tory Member of Parliament the panel's head, that oversees the group.

She opens by giving details to the leaked document prepared by Michael Prescott and published in the Telegraph.

"It is not my wish for the BBC slanting in any particular direction, I simply desire it neutral, fair and equitable," he states.

In response to a query whether he considers the British Broadcasting Corporation is structurally prejudiced, the adviser replies: "No I don't. It is important to note, numerous aspects the BBC does is world class - encompassing factual and entertainment content."

However, he continues: "There exists real work that requires attention at the British Broadcasting Corporation."

Another former external BBC consultant interviewed by the panel, Caroline Daniel, states she takes the BBC very seriously and that it has a "continuous process and active debate" regarding fluid and multifaceted topics.

"Whether the BBC was prepared to conduct a genuine dialogue and exchange and act accordingly?" she reflects. "In my view, affirmative, they were."
